2012 Oregon State Volleyball Camp Registration Policies
You must read and agree to these policies prior to registering your child for participation in an Oregon State Volleyball Camp for 2012. All confirmed registrants are assumed to have read these policies, and by registering, agree to abide by and follow these policies.
- There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2012, for any reason whatsoever, including early departure from camp.
- Cancelled registrations prior to July 1, 2012, are subject to a refund of camp fees paid to date, less a $25.00 processing fee.
- Full payment is due at the time of registration for all camps EXCEPT the Overnight All-Skills Camp. For the Overnight Camp, you may pay in full at the time of registration, OR you may pay a $150.00 deposit to hold a place in camp. Remaining balance is due by July 1.
- Any and all credit card payments will be subject to an additional surcharge of approximately 7% of the payment. This surcharge is IN ADDITION to the payment you are making. This surcharge is imposed by the company processing the cards - not by OSU Volleyball - and is non-refundable.
- Full payment for all camps must be received by July 1, 2012. Campers with outstanding balances on July 1 are subject to a loss of their place in camp with NO REFUND.
- Camp volleyballs may be purchased for $35.00. This is a separate purchase, not covered by camp registration fees, nor covered by any additional surcharges on a credit card. Typically this fee is paid at camp. This fee cannot be paid online.
