OSU Volleyball To Host Summer Camp In The Netherlands





Oregon State Volleyball goes to The Netherlands


Oregon State University will organize an All-American Volleyball Clinic for girls ages 12 – 18.


The clinic will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands on June 11-12, 2022.

    • Cost: 60 euro + processing fees
    • Capacity: 56

Camp coaches and staff include: Ron Zwerver, Mark Barnard and OSU other staff members.


Ron Zwerver is a 3-time Olympic Gold Medalist.


Mark Barnard, who has coached Oregon State Volleyball for 16 years, also has international experience as he coached the Australian Team during the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.


Campers will be taught All-American volleyball through two sessions of training and demonstration. Specialized training will include serving, passing, attacking, blocking and defensive skills. You will learn about ball control and different aspect of the game. Campers can expect each court to have at least two enthusiastic Coaches.


Our purpose for this European trip is to introduce female athletes to the possibility of combining study and volleyball at the highest US level as well as provide exposure to the sports culture in America. If you are interested in attending an American University on an athletic scholarship, this is a great opportunity to be seen by top coaches.
